As a motivated and highly efficient administrator, Georgie's ability to seamlessly work alongside the leadership team, management teams and individual agents and administrators is the glue the business needs to operate smoothly.

As a loyal Ray White Network and real estate industry member for over ten years, Georgie's role as General Manager of Agent and Customer Experience supports the directors, leadership team, agents, and administrators in delivering a world-class customer and employee experience, implementing new systems, managing our Customer Care Team, brand marketing, and sponsorships, organising internal/external events and training. Neatly paired with the company's day-to-day morale and core functions, Georgie is the driver of critical priorities to continually improve how we service our clients, to which she is highly regarded. 

Adept at handling all aspects of Real Estate operations, she is exceptionally calm and focused - customer service, meeting deadlines, problem-solving, and the odd challenge is second nature to her.

Outside of work, Georgie is a passionate supporter and member of Richmond Football Club and makes an all-in effort to attend as many games as possible during the season. She says, 'there is nothing better than watching the Tiges at the G'. Georgie is also an avid self-help and biography reader and listener of many pop culture podcasts.
