When I'm engaged to sell a home, I focus on three key things:

  • working closely with my clients to develop and conduct an effective marketing and sales campaign;
  • making sure that my clients' home is presented to potential buyers in the best possible light, especially to emphasise the key features and advantages that the home offers to any potential buyer; and
  • keeping my clients up-to-date and fully informed and involved at every critical stage of the marketing and sales process.

In all of that, I draw every day on my years of formal training and experience in the Fine Arts, colour theory, marketing, advertising, sales and negotiation. 

Finding the true difference that really makes the difference — when designing and faithfully executing a real estate marketing and sales campaign — is often the key to a good sales result.

When I'm engaged to sell a home, I'm always on the hunt for that key difference which will achieve a good sales result for my clients.
