Georgie passionately advocates for the culture and values that define Ray White Canberra. A long-standing member of the business, she plays a pivotal role across multiple teams and is a key driver of connection, consistency, and collaboration across the group.

With over a decade of experience in the Ray White Network and the broader real estate industry, Georgie brings a rare combination of efficiency, loyalty, and leadership. As General Manager, she supports the directors, leadership team, agents, and administrators in delivering a world-class experience to clients and colleagues. Her remit spans many responsibilities, from leading the Customer Care Team to overseeing brand marketing, sponsorships, internal and external events, training programs, and system implementation.

In 2023, Georgie was honoured with the inaugural Chairman’s Award for her outstanding contribution to the business. She has also completed a Diploma in Leadership and Management, further cementing her commitment to growth—for herself and those around her. Georgie is deeply passionate about supporting others to grow beyond what they thought possible and is known for empowering individuals and teams to reach new heights.

Georgie’s natural ability to connect with team members across all departments and roles makes her an invaluable part of the business. She provides a steady hand behind the scenes—keeping day-to-day operations running effortlessly while driving strategic priorities that continuously enhance how the company supports its people and delivers for its clients.

Outside of work, Georgie is a proud Richmond Football Club supporter and rarely misses a chance to watch the Tiges play at the MCG. She's also passionate about ongoing personal and professional development—regularly tuning into leadership, mindset, and real estate industry podcasts.
