Jake is a self-confessed country boy from Orange who has relocated to “the big smoke” of Canberra to join the Ray White Canberra family. With extensive training in leadership, experience in sales and business development, Jake exhibits a holistic skill set that is well-positioned to fit into Elite Sales Team-Battenally.

As a father of two young daughters, Jake has made the bold decision to move interstate, in light of the future of his family, to expand his sales career in real estate within the high-performing team that his new colleagues thrive in.

Before joining Ray White Canberra, Jake was the Sales Manager at Toyota West Orange Motors for eight years where he led and trained a team of fourteen people. His role involved developing annual business plans, account keeping, and generating profit and loss statements to accurately arm the senior management team and owners of the business with the right information to manage and continue the growth of the business.

Jake's passion for sales and management was born when he developed and implemented key performance indicators for his team which helped drive the unprecedented success of the business he worked in for so long. Jake escalated to the top of his rank when he set the record for Central West NSW and sold eighty-four cars in just one month. A true credit to his passion for a fast-paced, customer-service sales environment where he can apply his personable nature, to his customers in his professional role.

The experience gained in Jake's long-term role with Toyota will play a significant part in his adaptation to the Ray White Canberra business and serving his buyers and sellers with a customer-first approach to real estate.
