Lauryn Meredith-Rettie

Lauryn is a highly successful marketing and sales professional with over two decades of multinational business management experience and has successfully sold and negotiated over $400 million dollars worth of property during her eight years in real estate. She attributes her success to her honest and personal approach, friendly nature, her relentless drive for excellence and being genuinely interested in assisting her clients.

Originally from the east beaches of Sydney, Lauryn’s enthusiasm for residential homes started early. As a seven-year-old, she would create visual collages from various interior design magazines as her contribution to the custom homes her family were building. Since then, she has made real estate design, planning, development, and transactions part of her day-to-day life.

Today as a Canberra local with strong community connections, following sales success establishing Ginninderry, Denman Prospect and building homes Canberra wide, Lauryn has cultivated an extensive client network of active buyers across the Canberra Region. This community includes residential home owners, builders/developers, and corporate and government stakeholders; many of whom she has supported and guided through crucial property decisions with care and dedication and would warmly consider friends. 

With her vast knowledge of finance and local and interstate market trends, new developments, as well as her personal passion for interior design, property investment and sustainable builds, Lauryn draws on the breadth and depth in her expertise within various real estate industries to afford total dedication to her clients.

In her free time, Lauryn volunteers as an enthusiastic and dedicated dance teacher and mentor for the young children and teenagers within Canberra's community.
