Lisa joined the Ray White Canberra Group over 4 years ago, bringing a wealth of experience within the Real Estate industry. As Operations Manager of Property Management, Lisa is passionate and driven about researching, sourcing and integrating the latest technology and systems into the business to enhance further her colleague's and their clients' experience with Ray White.

Lisa is a natural communicator and is well-regarded for her honest and transparent approach to business relationships. She thrives on not just meeting people's expectations but excelling in them; Lisa knows that real estate is all about relationships, values the importance of maintaining regular contact, and understands the importance of communication in preventing potential problems.

Lisa's role enables her to utilise the skills she has gained through years of experience managing property, customer service, administration and accounts. Lisa is eager to constantly review and improve how we operate to better serve our clients.

Outside work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and snuggling up with her gorgeous Cavoodle, Bailey, to read or watch the odd crime show.
