Lou Hart


Having spent nearly 12 years working in consulting roles for job placements and bulk recruitment, Lou has developed the art of balancing relationships between clients and candidates. She was the perfect fit for the role of Customer Experience Manager at Ray White Belconnen.

Born and bred in the NSW country, Lou has lived and worked most of her adult life in Belconnen, where she currently resides with her husband Phil. When she’s not balancing the needs of a team of salespeople, she balances the needs of two young children – multitasking is in her blood!

After meeting some of the Ray White Belconnen team during her own hunt for a new home, Lou was attracted by their follow-up and commitment to building a long term relationship, rather than just trying to get her listing or sell her a house. This is an ethos she now lives and breaths in her own dealings with vendors.

Lou is directly responsible for ensuring the consistency of the customer experience for the clients of Ray White Belconnen. Since commencing in the role Lou has overseen a significant climb in the firm’s Net Promoter Score (NPS), which has recently been recognised as one of the best in the business. Her role encompasses preparing the marketing campaign for each listing, where her attention to detail combines perfectly with her bubbly nature to deliver exceptional campaigns for her clients.
