Viraj joined Ray White Canberra as a Customer Care Manager, and since then, she has been dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and fostering a collaborative environment. Viraj has developed significant skills in database management. She is adept at organizing and maintaining comprehensive client databases. 

In her current role as Operations Manager leading Team Bamber, she combines her passion for real estate with strong stakeholder engagement and organizational skills, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.Her ability to leverage data effectively has enhanced her capability to provide personalized service and insightful recommendations, further contributing to her success.

Outside of work, Viraj enjoys reading books, staying informed by reading current affairs, and exploring new places and countries.
