Ray White Belconnen is seeking a full time Administrator to work as part of our ever expanding office supporting the sales team.
The position involves entering information into an inhouse database, liaising with solicitors in relation to preparing sales contracts, organising photos, floor plans, writings ads, advertising properties online, ordering print advertising, whilst dealing with clients enquiries on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, work well as part of a team, display enthusiasm for looking after clients needs, good organisation skills and a strong attention to detail.
