For whatever reason, you may find yourself needing to end a tenancy agreement. Here’s a look at the proper process for ending tenancies in the ACT.
Due to the recent growth of our rentals business, Ray White Belconnen is looking for someone seeking flexible work hours to conduct inventory and condition reports for our new tenancies. Utilising the latest technology in the property management field, and initially employed as a casual, hours may vary on a weekly basis. The role may suit someone with school age children, or someone who has flexibility to attend properties throughout the day.
Past experience in property management would be an advantage, however experience working in an environment which requires extremely high attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a high performing team would also be viewed favourably.
Required skills:
Attention to detail
Ability to work within a team
Flexible working hours
Ability to use technology
Work unsupervised
Drivers licence
