Moving on: How tenancies in the ACT may come to an end
For whatever reason, you may find yourself needing to end a tenancy agreement. Here’s a look at the proper process for ending tenancies in the ACT.
Having experienced sustained growth since opening their doors four years ago Ray White Belconnen has shifted to new, larger premises at Corner Luxton Street & Jospehson Street, Belconnen.
“Our previous office only catered for 11 people, so with the demand we are experiencing for our tailored marketing solutions, centralised buyer database and our fast growing rentals business, we simply needed more space” said Managing Director, Ben Faulks.
According to Mr Faulks, the prominence of the new office will provide increased exposure for Ray White’s clients, whilst also allowing for a more flexible and modern workplace:
“We wanted to create a workspace that was true to our values as a business, and provided our team with an energising place to come to work. We have also tried to create an atmosphere that catered to the changing needs of today’s workforce, where technology allows for a more flexible approach to work”
The former video store site is 250m2, providing more than twice the space of their previous office at Lakeview Square and is a mix of fixed workpoints, casual meeting space, client meeting areas and breakout space.
The team at Ray White has now grown to 15 real estate professionals, with expectations that will expand to over 20 within the next 12 months. You can still contact the team on 02 6173 6300.
