Moving on: How tenancies in the ACT may come to an end
For whatever reason, you may find yourself needing to end a tenancy agreement. Here’s a look at the proper process for ending tenancies in the ACT.
Judging has been completed for the inaugural Ray White Belconnen art prize, and a Gungahlin College student named Cathy took home the $400 cash prize for her pencil and charcoal work entitled ‘Dreams’. The award was presented to the lucky winner at the official opening at the Belconnen Arts Centre on Friday, 13th December.
The piece was one of more than 100 entries from Year 11 & 12 students spread across 9 different colleges on the Northside of Canberra.
Ray White Belconnen General Manager Sam Faulks said it was difficult to choose a winner:
“The quality of work was exceptional, and we found it very difficult to narrow it down to just one. The College art prize is a great opportunity for our business to give back to the Belconnen community and fits with our desire to contribute to grass roots causes within our region” said Faulks.
The exhibition is open until 26th January 2014, with the people’s choice $100 cash prize also sponsored by Ray White Belconnen still up for grabs.
