1409 New Line Road Glen Allen, NSW 2631

Escape the hustle and bustle of city life and immerse yourself in the serenity of nature with this extraordinary 120-acre property. Nestled in the picturesque forested land, the journey begins from the high point, cascading down to the bottom of the valley, offering an enchanting landscape that evolves with every step.

The sellers envisioned replacing the current cabin with an old stone country manor, by the river, utilizing the abundance of trees on site for many of the materials. Although their dream took a different turn, the opportunity is now yours to embrace and continue the vision and make it your own.

A cozy 2-bedroom cabin is already on-site, providing a comfortable base as you embark on the journey to build your permanent home. This could even be just renovated to make it more modern if that is the preference as it does offer a large living space, a functional kitchen, a large pantry, and warm, dry place to sleep.

There is also 1-bedroom cabin, almost at lock-up stage, awaiting completion. Once finished, it offers a second dwelling, perfect for private living or as a short-stay adventure rental for additional income.

No worries about water here! The Bombala River flows by both dwellings, ensuring a secure water source. Additionally, a large dam adds to the water security of the property.

From hiking to motorbiking, and even hunting, the diverse forest terrain promises endless adventures for the new owners to enjoy for years to come.

The clearing sale is yet to happen, providing an opportunity for the new owner to acquire farm machinery, separate to purchase should the new owner require it.
