Eager to make an impact on both sides of the residential real estate industry, Gerard transitioned from managing a property portfolio to becoming an associate salesperson. With determination and a strong work ethic, he built his personal brand from the ground up, ultimately reaching the prestigious status of an Alan White Elite Agent—an achievement that places him among the top performers in the Ray White network.
