Sam joined Ray White in 2018 and built his knowledge of the property industry from the ground up, working closely with one of Canberra's top agents, and immersing himself in their relationship-driven approach to real estate. During that time, Sam implemented a host of process improvements and was renowned for his 10/10 net promoter scores, mainly from purchasers, due to the care and professionalism he exhibited during their buying journey.

More broadly, Sam’s attention to detail has driven his transition into marketing more complex developments. Separating himself from his peers, Sam takes the time to understand the intricacies of construction and strata management, which positively impacts the buyer experience. Sam is fastidiously organised and has systems for everything. Settlement time is always a dream for Sam’s clients.

Having successfully managed the design, planning and installation of million-dollar commercial, residential and landscape projects, Sam has a deep knowledge of how to drive efficient solutions to a range of property problems. From waste management to engaging with consultants to optimising colour and plant selection, Sam’s experience is diverse.
